Why this work exists

SCAR Advantage began with a failure I still carry. I knew what needed to happen, delayed, and watched the cost spread through a team. The situation ended. The damage did not.

A delayed decision affects more than the decision itself. It teaches everyone watching what the organisation will tolerate.
