How it works
The 30-Day Decisive Loop™
One real decision, worked inside your business with the people who own it. Four weeks, then it is done.
Days 1–7 · Surface
Name the decision and price the delay.
We establish where the decision starts, who owns it, where it stalls and what the wait costs. You get a baseline for both clocks, escalation and money, agreed with your finance function.
Days 8–14 · Craft
Clear what is holding it.
We keep the checks you still need, drop the ones slowing you down, and make it clear who owns the decision.
Days 15–23 · Apply
Work the real decision.
No workshop. No case study. Your team makes the real decision under the new conditions, and we adjust as pressure comes on.
Days 24–30 · Reinforce
Close it and prove both clocks moved.
We read decision speed and execution speed against the baseline with your finance team. You get a board-ready impact report. At Day 90 finance confirms what was done, when, what it cost and what it saves.
We only take a decision that can move
Costly
Waiting is costing real money.
Owned
One named person can say yes.
Measurable
We can prove where you started.
If it does not meet those three, we say so before you sign anything.
Questions
Why measure execution and not just the decision?
Making a decision is not the same as getting it done. A business can reach the call quickly and still take six months to act on it, and that gap is where the money goes. So we measure the time from the decision to the finished action, not to the start of it.
Why only one decision?
One decision gives you a clear starting point and a result you can see. Work on everything at once and nobody is accountable for anything.
Do you make the decision for us?
No. Your people keep the judgement and the authority. We change the conditions they decide in.
Which decisions do you turn down?
Any decision that is not live right now, is not owned by the person hiring us, is still waiting on technical work, or is under formal investigation.
How much executive time?
A few short interviews, a handful of senior-team sessions and one closing meeting. Where we can, we use meetings you already hold.
What happens after Day 30?
The engagement closes. The Hold is optional and scoped separately.
Name the decision. We will tell you if we can move it.
You do not need a brief. A short note is enough.
